Company

Galvanoplastica was built in 1971 by Dr. Novello, a local constructor who understood how strongly the chrome plating sector was expanding, and who officially started his chrome plating plastic business in 1972.

Almost thirty years later the Riva and Favaretto families, already working in the construction and bathroom furniture sectors, accepted a new challenge: acquiring the company and immediately propelling it into the future. In 2000, in fact, the company was expanded to host the control department, a larger warehouse, and a modern water purification system.

Galvanoplastica was able to keep pace with new technologies and the demands of its clients, obtaining an extremely high standard of quality while still maintaining a high level of flexibility in the pure “Made in Italy” style.

In later years, the office area was renovated and the production capacity was increased with the installation, in 2011, of a new galvanic line.

In 2016 Galvanoplastica became a global pioneer with the installation of the first chrome VI free etch production line, together with decorative trivalent chrome plating.

The software upgrade for process traceability, the renovation of the electric systems in 2021, and making the drying systems more energy efficient in 2022, have allowed us to obtain and maintain our ISO certifications, which demonstrate that we are careful not only with quality but also with the environment, and the health and safety of our collaborators.

While our structure has allowed us to operate in various sectors - the main ones being maritime, small and large household appliances, fashion, bathroom furniture, furnishings - our know-how is unlimited, so we are always ready to face the daily challenges that tomorrow will bring.

All our products are treated with double nickel (semi bright and bright) in the “automotive style”. This guarantees targets that well exceed 300 hours of salt spray to our clients.

Processing

In collaboration with our selected partners, we can manage articles as the project manager, starting from moulding, continuing with galvanic plating if required, painting if necessary (even post-plating), pad printing, PVD coating, and lasering.
